I have AMD 2600 + 1.9 GHz processor and wanna have more effective cooling...Also I have two fans installed at the back of the tower including that of SMPS fan...I just want to have more cooling for my CPU!Suggest me feasible options I have.

The answer is yes...
You can change the heatsink\fan of your CPU to any that supports the same socket, if your CPU is a socket 939 well that's what your going to look for in your new heatsink\ fan.
I also recommend a good thermal paste such as AS5

I know they have a water cooling radiator system for CPU's (in a way similar to the cooling system on your car) . They claim it is by far the best cooling available, since water absorbs and disperses heat far better then air. It does carry minor risks, but I think it's worth it. Check e-bay or Comp USA.
