What is one qualitity in a woman that is unnegotiable? People are diffrent and want diffrent things but I would say on a whole both men and women want someone who they can relate with. They don't have to dumb down or trying to act smarter... people just want to be themselves and have their partner respect that and join in.

Understanding that I am a bit weird an hyperactive, otherwise the relation is going down in about 10 minutes
In general probably not afraid of doing something sweet not like opening the door, but like the hug when you need it, or cooking for you, when it has been a very long day.
