No one will hire you without it? I'm slightly irritated at the moment. I'm looking all over for jobs to apply for but almost ALL of them say "experience required" How can I get experience, if no one will hire me, without, experience?. I know how to type, and how to answer phones, but I have to have professional experience in order to get hired. Where do you go to get the experience to begin with??? Anyone else have this problem?

Its called expediency.

Often times, employers want someone who has experience because that would mean less money spent on training and more money gained from working.

I know this can be a huge pain in the butt! Sooner or later, you will find an employer who is willing (and wanting if you impress him) to train you.

Take care and goodluck

p.s.be confident and keep your resume short. Employers love short resumes. Makes their job sorting candidates faster. Using key active words like (team player, puntual and ect) will catch their eye aswell

cheers

Depending on the type of job. If it's retail or fast food just keep applying and at least one place will call you back. If you were in college you should have done internship or co-op to get experience by the time you graduate.A lot of people are competing for available jobs so you have to apply to as many places as possible.

I think this is a global problem. You really need to start from somewhere.I once had this problem.I tried all professional jobs but was turned down.I then decided to go for my second degree. After school I was hired based on my educational level.I suggest you do the same thing.

I continuously asked that question. that's what they could say "Do you have experience ?" I say, "No" how am I meant to get experience if i don't get employed" . "Your skills are stable adequate however the employer PREFFERS experienced potentialities. " you may desire to commence on the backside , on a similar time as an assistant or notwithstanding. Then ultimately crawl your way up. from time to time it occurs quicker. yet do no longer assume too plenty. Ambition has plenty to do with it. carry close around human beings in the comparable employer. It no longer possibly what you be responsive to, this is WHO you be responsive to.

Suggest you just apply for the jobs advertised anyway. Other ways are to do voluntary work for a while and then ask for a reference, or do a couple of courses at TAFE or a college.

I am sure there are jobs for freshers and would suggest you look for them. Go to the HR agencies and leave your resume. Be honest in admitting that you are a fresher. I am sure you will get a job shortly. Be a little patient.
