62 degrees.
Why heat the whole house when everybody is covered up in bed?
It has an automatic set back thermostat so it warms to 70 before I get up and drops to 62 after I turn in. It also drops to 62 during the day when I am gone and warms to 70 just before I get home.
It cut my heat bill by 15%!!!!

In Fahrenheit, 70 for heating, 77 for cooling. Gotta save on electricity.

Upstairs 68. Downstairs 72 because the dog like to sleep in the basement and i don't want her to be cold.

I set it at 61. I have a little heater in the bed with me, my Pug, so I stay plenty warm.
