Technically, you're looking for snake SPECIES, not breeds. One of the best sources for reptiles of various kinds for sale all over the US is the classifieds of the website below. Many reptile breeders sell their animals there. I assume that by "large" you are looking for a type of boa or python, and there are sections in the classifieds specifically for those snakes, along with those for Ratsnakes, Milksnakes, etc. If there aren't any listed right now, be patient and keep checking, since eventually someone from NC will post an ad. Last week there was an ad for an adult male Carpet Python in NC, and this is a very good species of large snake for someone who's never owned a large boid before. Just go to the website, look for "Classifieds" up at the top, and click!
