I had been having a dream for a while and it was terrible. In The dream... I was asleep in my bed then this old old lady started crawling up my bed to my ear and got under my blanket and she started cussing at me really bad (in Spanish) i could feel her hot breath and i tried getting away from her but i couldnt move then i woke up and i was trying to call my mom but nothing would come out and i couldnt move either. This happened to me couple of times. It felt so real sometimes i didnt know if it was a dream or if it really happened. This really freaked me out. What do u think?

Nightmares are born from anxiety and upset stomachs.
IF the old lady is a symbol for yourself, then you are not happy with something you have done or are contemplating.
You were still asleep when you couldn't move and call out. So, yes, this was just a dream and not real.
Write a description of the dream and try to give a meaning to everything, as if it is a symbol.
Don't worry about it. Don't give it more importance, beyond your ideas about what it could mean. If nothing in the dream helps you, then let it go. OK?

Nightmares mean nothing unless you empower them. A possible reason why this dream is re-occuring is because you think about it too much (it seems like you can recall every detail quite vividly) Thinking about the dream only makes you undergo a process known as rehersal preparing yourself to re-dream the dream again.
2 ways to go about this. First you can try and not think about the dream at all. For a day or two just focus on something that isn't in the dream.
If that doesn't work try and focus on the dream but imagine yourself in complete control right before you go to bed. Tell that old lady off or try changing her into a pink fluffy bunny. The more detail you go into imagining that pink bunny the better. Think about the texture the size go into such detail that you know everything about this bunny. And when you find yourself in this dream remember you have the power to change it.

Dreams are things that happen in the day, it gives relieve to the brain and it gives also solutions for problems so dreams are not all that bad.
Try to get more fresh air and a happy life, then also dreams might get better, try to avoid sleeping pills because that makes it worse.

Scientifically and psychologyically, it's just that you have stress and your body is not well response when you tried to move or shout. But Morally and Religiously that you need to worship with god and pray him to protect you even when sleeping, to protect you from evils. This may be early warning sign that you are in danger or the old lady doesn't like you. May be she is a spirit that will harm you (from cursing). She may be a person who lived there and died in the past. Try to tell her even she isn't there, try to speak out loud that you will not harm her, you are not her enemy and you do not want her to harm you. try to speak out loud when praying to god to protect you.
Relax and stop worrying from all the matters including the dream. Good Luck

not really, it might not mean anything at all. sometimes when we watch horror movies and all we think too much about the movie and start to imagine things, and it so happens that it appears in your dream as well.

hope you won't dream of such things again though. =)

Maybe it's a dream, maybe it's real. Try to pray to God before you sleep !
