Security Code on Mobile Phone?

Hello, I have a Nokia 6131, and wish to restore to facory settings. However, I can not do this as it requires a security code. I have tried both 12345, the default Nokia Security Code, and nothing at all. I am with Virgin and do not have a PIN Code.

Does anyone have any suggestions???

Is it a used phone? Are you NOT the original owner? Did you set it and FORGET? Call virgin. They can help you reset it. They can give you the master unlock code.

Try the last four digits of the phone # it works for mine
