She needs to see a dr first to confirm whether or not she has a yeast infection. An infection called bacterial vaginosis has some similar symptoms to yeast infection and it is the #1 reason why women go to their OB/GYN, thinking that it's yeast only to have the symptoms remain and find out it's bacterial vaginosis.

first of all make sure thet it is a yesat infection. if there is itchiness in and around vagina, rash or redness, thicker or whitish vaginal discharge, then it is yeat infection.

u can take following only if doctor perscribes u.
difulcan-od
monistat @$12 to$18

but u can take following without perscription:-
1.creams and suppositories (wear naxipad coz these tend to seep out)
2.tea tree oil-available as suppositories, just insert in vagina before bed
3.keep ur ares dry all the time
4. wear 100%coton underwear
5. take acidophilus pills available at health food stores

no but she can go to walmart and buy monistat one day treatment, which is a vaginal supository, for under 20 dollars i think. diflucan needs a perscription and the monistat works fine.
