I liked the book ODD GIRL OUT: The Hidden Culture of Aggression in Girls by Rachel Simmons, and the sequel ODD GIRL SPEAKS OUT. So I looked it up online to see if there were any resources related to the books.

I found the Lifetime TV movie and the Lifetime website has a bunch of links, included below.

Maybe some of them can give you a couple of ideas for approaching this girl's parents.

The harassing phone calls can be stopped by reporting them to the phone company. Keep a record of the exact time of the call and if you have caller ID and they are stupid enough to forget to block the number report the number as well.

Internet harassment can best be dealt with by reporting Spam in your email and then all emails from that source will go to your bulk folder where they can be deleted without reading.

Physical harassment at school should be reported to the Principal, counselor, teachers and even the supernatant of schools if necessary. Schools do not like bulling.

Finally if the bulling is on the street report it to the police. You may have to report it several times to establish a record. This way you can bring a law suit against the parents. That will quiet things down even if you never go to court. Judges don't like bullies either.

P.S. For legal reasons say as little as possible to the parents and have a friend or family member with you when you talk to them. Simply ask them to stop the behavior. If that doesn't work easily retain an attorney. He/She will know what to do.

Just be cool, don't let them get the best of you and have you yelling and crap. You are beating a dead horse most likely her folks are more messed up than their daughter is. Just be prepaired to get nowhere with them, best bet is they can make her stop calling.
