Vince Young (3rd pick to Tennessee), Jay Cutler (6th pick (?) to Denver), and Matt Leinart (10th pick to Arizona) in that order. At least, those were the three highest QB prospects.

Vince Young 3rd to TEN
Matt Leinart 10th to AZ
Jay Cutler TWELTH (not 6th) to DEN

^and actually, Jay Cutler eventually started, and VY and ML started the year out as back-ups (then Collins sucked it up and Warner threw too many INTs)
