I am 36 years old. Currently doing my own business(grocerry store) considering my age factor what is my job prospectus in retail sector(retail management)

EXPERIENCE ALWAYS COUNT BUT YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED YOUR QUALIFICATION.

well you have the experience but do you have the quals? Most big chains expect that now days.
