(If noone gives a fresher a job, where will the experience come FROM?)

I believe you are an ACS and may be facing little tough time in having good professional assignment.

Having qualified CS, and now for moving on the ladder upward, I suggest that you keep all options open in the profession, while in service or in practice, for each of the subjects you have studied in Inter and final. Just restricting yourself to Company Law could prove fatal. This doesn't not mean that you don't take up CL assignments, but as a true professional, keep a strong eye on other avenues of diversification and expansion. Knowledge gained during your studies and training would help you immensely on other issues of business, its practices and other intricacies. Volunteer to undertake assignments other than those of routine CS nature also, struggle to gain knowledge and experience, each challenge will shine you far better and in 8-10 years of professional life, you will be far more useful for the corporate world and earn a lot of happiness, contentment.

Each of the CS has started as a fresher sometime or the other. Don't loose heart if you are told you are just fresher, it is rather other way I tell you that the freshers are more strong and updated overall academically than a CS with 20-30 years experience!! Only major difference could be their trained ability to tackle adverse situations at all times. Outwit your interviewer - your professionalism should come handy here - and the game is yours. Good Luck.

good prospects for CS in india
You may be engaged by some company for company affairs, legal advice ect

But its hard to get a good job as there is cut throat competition in the market.A number of MBAs CAs CS are in que.

Having a LLB degree, or a CA or MBA degree with CS would be icing on cake and help in getting better job.

Another option is to start practicing or start tuition classes.

anyways all the best for ur career.
