I have installed two fans already and don thave any space left for the fan?
So have I need to go about changing the cabinet or what?

You may need a new PC case, there's many out today that support up to 7 case fans, I wouldn't worry much about cooling the 1.9 GHz you have.

Why do you need more? Is your system heat that bad?
You could put fans on the front in the 5" bays, or in the back as a PCI card. Some cases will even have fans on the side... you could probably make one youself if you buy the fans and cut a hole in the side.
If you are seriously looking to overclock and worried about heat, consider getting a water-cooling system.
