Does anyone know how the vegas parlors' s charge. Is it by the hour or by the piece. Anyone recommend a good shop on the Srip that is clean with good artist?

I wouldn't get inked on the strip if you paid me. The shops I am going to suggest are close to the blvd. but not actually on it.

Hart & Hunington is over-priced and not all that.

The one at the palms is good but it cost. Sin city is good. Best you look up some when you get here.
