Hello all. I am a female, and I have a red bump, about the size of the rubber eraser end of a pencil on my perineum, which is the area of skin between the anus and the vagina. I am not sexually active, and have never had sex. What could this bump be? I do not think it is secreting any fluids either. HELP!

Could be a pimple but pls check with your dr to be on the safe side.
