I let the washer fill up a little and dump in my detergent and then put in the clothes. I never get soap spots by doing it this way. Hope this helps.

Try letting the washer fill with a little water first, and then ad the detergent before the clothes. you dould even put the was size on small and let it agitate for a minute or so, adjust the load size (the water should start pouring in again, and add your clothes. be sure not to over load your washer, because then the water cant flow through it like it is supposed to.
If this doesn't work, then get a plastic type jar (with a definately tight lid) and add warm or hot water and detergent and stir opr shake it up before you add it to the wash.
I hope this helps!

First off, I believe your using to much detergent. Cut back by a quarter cup or so. Pour detergent in as the washer is filling and do not add clothing until it is dissolved. I personally prefer liquid detergent because you don't have to wait for it to dissolve.

Add water softener to the wash cycle and cut back on the powder detergent. When the powder runs out switch to liquid detergent. It sounds like you have hard water there.

I use liquid detergent, but in the past I would first run the water and dissolve the detergent before adding laundry. Hope this helps.

I stopped using the powder detergent for that reason. I use the liquid detergent now and it's so much better. No clumps or streaks.

Are you putting too many clothes in the wash load? If not, then let the washer fill with some water first and add the powder then add your clothes.

You must be using cold water. Powder does not dissolve well in cold water. The others were right. Either use warmer water, or switch to liquid soap. Have a great day!!

Don't put the clothes in until the water is filled and put the soap in while the water is filling up. Then you add the clothes and let it run. Also, don't over fill the capacity with heavy clothes, which are heavier when wet, because it won't agitate well.

Use liquid detergent, I like Cheer. You never get those streaks with the liquid stuff.
