Well, depending on your age - you should be fine. Having sex for the first time will cause some pain the first few times. But if is doesn't go away or it gets worse you should go to an OBGYN (gynecologist). If you are under 18 you should go as well. Even if you can't tell your parents, you should tell you doctor and start seeing and OBGYN.
You might be allergic to the condoms. I am allergic to them and it will cause burning sometimes - but that's it. I use them anyway because I don't want to get an STD or pregnant. Also you should consider going on birth control. This is something that your doctor and help you with.
If you are concerned about your parents finding out - keep this in mind, if would be devastating to you and your parents if you got an STD or pregnant (before you are ready). Don't let that fear stop you from taking care of yourself.
Your doctor will have information that you should know about. Your parents should know or at least you should feel free to ask them question that you might have.

this pain is normal for a first timer try to enjoy it though it will ease as you have more and more sex keep rolling
