They don't spend time on the internet asking questions about how to become unaddicted from the internet. I was addicted too. I went completely cold turkey for a whole month. No email, myspace, or yahoo. Strangely enough, I didn't really miss it that much.

Do homework for about 30 minutes and take breaks in between. Breaks are known to be good for your brain and memory. During those breaks you can sit at the computer, if that's what you need to do, for 10 minutes or so.

People thought of the consequences of not getting the homework done, for example, punishment.

Stay away from distraction.......... staying at library, with no WI FI activated.... but mostly, when they stop making excuses for not doing their job.
