Still sounds like the wheel balance - you won't feel it through the steering wheel because the power steering damps out the vibration coming through. Maybe one of the weights wasn't tight enough and fell off? Otherwise, it could be a piece of plastic under the engine (used to direct air through the radiator, and to keep water from splashing onto the engine) coming loose and shaking in the wind.

Did you have this problem with the old tires? Soometimes there's a flaw in the tire and that messes everything up. My friend bought new tires for his car and the same thing happened to him. He changed the rims and tires with his winter ones and everything went back to normal. It's a problem with one of the tires so he can't do anything but change it because the tire inflation is proper and the wheels have been checked and double chacked for balance. Hope this helps... if you have a spare set of rims and tires u can check it out or try rotating the tires back to front because if the back tires are good you'll feel the difference.

Sorry i too think the tires need a re-balancing done,...

I cant see this trouble being caused by anything else unless it was a salvaged car or something has happened to it in the area of the steering, suspension or, wheels and tires...

It Could be the new tires and wheels need to be checked all over again!

Best wishes...

well if it didn't vibrate before they "balanced" the tires then that's probably your problem.
Make sure they know what they are doing, repairs to that particular car get pretty expensive. I would take it to the dealer and have them balance and rotate the tires and eyeball the undercarriage.
