Reason being that a mother birthed you and will always protect you forever and ever. Now mothers that do not love their children will not be considered overprotective. So appreciate the love and give some of it back to your birth mother.

Because children do not come with an instruction book.
Mother’s put baby first and do everything they can to give a child the best start in life. Mother’s do their best to protect children from themselves and from others until they are old enough to make decisions for themselves.
These days, children are kidnapped, molested and murdered everyday and exposed drugs, alcohol and violence….do we want it to be our kids? No!
Mother’s are learning as they go too and sometimes it takes time for that to happen.
Some days it’s a little odd watching my children experience things that I did, only this time I see it as a parent.

the times are not as safe as when i grew up. now i have to worry about my children being influenced by kids whose parents either dont give a !&*$, or are too afraid to dicipline them for fear of going to jail, so the kids pretty much do what they like. not my kids. theres also a certain bond, as you should know. we brought you into this world and took a vow within ourselves to love and protect you and see that you live a good life. we've been there,done that twice. when you hurt, we hurt. fathers are like that too. have kids and you wont ever have to ask this question again.
