I don't really have a social life. Back when i had my other job, which wasn't a temp job, i started taking dance lessons( tango). It was great. Ok,, anyways, now it's a temp job... and my soccial life is nothing much..but i want to do something, yet i know that with a temp job i don't get that much money.. and i have to save.

If you're in a temp job situation, are you suppose to just accept the fact that you can't do anything aside from your job?

Another note, i'm a loner and i don't have friends. So that's why i was thinking of Joining some Club or something, and most things require money.

There are lots of clubs that are free.

Book clubs and activities at the library or book store

Volunteer opportunities

Pick up games at the local high school gym

There are often free dances at local colleges too.

Tough situation...
The real trick is to find the sort of people who are outdoorsy and/or creative and open to cheap but smart alternatives to tried and true middle class dating lifestyles.
If you want to learn dancing, for example, buy a used video or learn it off a website like bustamove.com.
Far as meeting people clubs, ironically, often aren't the best idea as the people in them are already kinda clique-ish (school activities often have the same problem).
Try groups like the ones on meetup.com (all free) and, on the side, try dating sites (yes, some really insecure people just looking for ego-boosts are on there, but so are other loners).

Real woman/men (or "girls"/"boys" if you're younger) are fun, creative, and smart enough to make their own fireworks WITHOUT leaning on things like dinners/clubs/movies all the time. And best friends are the kind of people you can have a great time with just walking down the street cracking jokes.

Here are some more ideas of things that are fun that cost very little:
1) camping on the beach: about $30 a stay including picnic food and it's just as romantic as a hotel with the right kind of partner
2) skating: rip them out anywhere and just go anywhere (even scout out routes on back roads)...you can even dance on them
3) outdoor theater and art exhibits: if it's your kind of thing many of these are free
4) competitive races: run/bicycle/etc. ....many cost under $10...you can train also alongside people (there are many free running/cycling clubs) and, in the process, get to know them very well
5) "get lost"...you walk/run/drive/bicycle/etc. into some place you've never been and try to find your way back...stopping at places you've never been along the way
6) "old" video gaming: be it buying an old Playstation ($20-ish) and some games up to a used Gamecube (about $60..one time purchase) and games ($7-12 for a good Game-cube game at the right places, often $3 or less for PSX titles) and invite people you meet to gaming tournaments at your home. Often you end up talking about other things as well.
7) Have supersoaker fights. These can be hillarious regardless of your age (hey, my girlfriend & I have them and we're 26)
8) If you need a cheap meal cook it yourself: homemade grilled chicken (with several spices and a tad of salt) and homemade banana bread will impress a potential date with a healthy ego a LOT more than just buying an expensive meal or tickets to a premier movie.
9) On the other hand, for the movie type of thing, you can hold a movie night at your place with a STARZ subscription (down movies on your PC for $12 per month...just hook your PC up to display on your TV via s-video cable, for example). Get 2 movies off there and it's 3 hours of entertainment for you and any friends you invite over.
