I am suffering from lower back pain for the past 2 years.I underwent IFT treatment followed by simple strenthing exersice. It did not work.Few say it is spasms, few say it is muscle stiffnes.Theres no kidney infection either. Is there any home remedy and treatment. A particular doctor said only yoga would do good.
I don no the cause of this.Is it alright to take strengthing exersices when the pain is there? The pain is mostly on the left side and when the pain increases the pain is felt in the front left pelvic region.

Back problems are always difficult to resolve. I do think that Yoga would benefit you enormously because it's not strenuous exercise. If you have access to a Jacuzzi that would benefit you enormously. Try applying moist heat to the back for twenty minutes. Wait another half hour and apply ice for fifteen minutes. This will help with pain.

You might want to see a physical therapist who can help you with pain devices such as a TENS Unit.

If you have any further questions please let me know.

Have you tried physical therapy? Ice and heat? Massage therapy? Stretching and strength training?
