Well based solely on experience, and no social commentary intended.
The nice girls I have known wore jeans and T-shirt, the occasional summer dress. Always clean and sweet-smelling though. Hardly, if any, make-up.
But the most important thing that a nice girl wears is her smile.

Nice girls can wear any sort of clothing. A person is not "nice" or "trashy" (insert your favorite adjective) because of the clothes she wears!

If you are nice you can wear what ever you want to , it only the other people that make comments that are not nice , so wear what ever you want .. small minded peolpe are never happy an are always dull peole as well ...

Wear what you feel comfortable in,not too tight,not too loose.
Cute blouse and jeans, nice jewelry,nice clean shoes,it's the full
package.Also how you present yourself to others.If you look professional you will get more respect from others.If you look
shady you may attract bad interest.This day you need to be careful how you dress.Respect yourself.Dress accordingly.

Go for moderation. If you want to show a little cleavage, keep it tasteful and keep your legs covered. If you want to show off your legs, keep the girls covered. Don't show everything off at once, and remember to keep a little bit of mystery.
A good tip is to always try your clothes on in front of a mirror and move around in them. If anything falls out anywhere, or if you can see any of your underthings, try again.

Nice girls don't try too hard to impress others because they are self confident and do not look to others for approval. But nonetheless, their clothes are neat and clean.
