i dont have any medication right now and its 1 16!! n i have school , omgad i cant sleep what can i do!
plz guys help

get off of answers.

Turn off the computer and gently walk to your bed and read. You'll never fall asleep with the computer on. You must do something that bores or tires you, ie reading.

Relax. I used to have this problem all the time around fifth or sixth grade where I would be up till like 3:30 just lying there trying to fall asleep. I was afraid I'd be exhausted the next morning if I didn't get to sleep. But then I realized, what's the big deal? So I'm a little tired the next day. I'll just sleep better the following night! If you can't get to sleep, the worst thing you can do is acknowledge that you can't get to sleep. You have to concentrate on something else. Turn on the radio or TV and concentrate on that and maybe you'll fall asleep.

First shut off the computer, stimulating your mind before bed will keep you awake, you need to relax. Also do not drink ANY caffeine after 6 PM, this includes chocolate.

Now here is how you get to sleep fast, lay down in your most comfortable sleeping position. Close your eyes and begin to think of a peaceful field. Begin to slow your breathing down s - l - o - w inhale, s- l -o - w exhale, pattern it after the breathing of someone asleep. Keep doing this till you fall asleep. If at anytime you drift of to thinking about ANYTHING else, go back to the quiet place. Good luck and good night!

get off computer, warm up some milk or soothing herbal tea, get in a warm bath and listen to soft elevator style music. then get into bed and relax, don't forget to set the alarm . good night

that hapens to me often i have to wake up at 5:00. So when i cant go to sleep i turn off the T.V and put on a c.d i really like. and usally iam so bored i fall right to sleep.

Drink a bit of milk go to bed and then close your eyes and visualize yourself sleeping. Works for me all the time. Sweet Dreams!!

I like to read until I fall asleep when its late. Also, try relaxing with whatever method you are used to. Listening to calm music helps, also just concentrating on feeling yourself breathing is really soothing. Good luck and get some sleep bud!

Take a warm bubble bath get in bed and listen to some very boring classical or easy listening music.
