NONE, if they fix that Gates will not be the richest person in the world anymore. All "updates, software that they do for spy ware, ad aware, anti virus cost money" their policy, is like the one HP has "make money not quality".

Maybe it's a source of revenue and they have no plans on doing so?
The number of windows viruses keeps increasing.
An unpatched XP machine connected to the internet will likely be exploited in about an hour.
