Can they marry, yes, should they, no. Until you have met the person and spend time with them you can never really know them. You may find that the person is not who you think they are and by then you are stuck in a marriage.

Yes. Arranged marriages happen all the time and the couple grows to love each other. Or it doesn't work and they end up miserable but bound by family duty.

I did........ i met her on filippinaheart.com and we chatted on yahoo messenger for about 8 months using the web cam so we could see each other and neither of us has any regrets about how we did it. we are VERY HAPPILY married now. so go for it dude
