Bank Probationary Officer is one of the option you can try for after completing MCA.

Another option is that Bank advertise for System admin and such jobs time to time.

But as per my knowledge,
In Bank, job is mainly on system setup and maintenance.
Network related.
There is not software development actually.
But like HSBC, they are having their own development center but that has nothing to do with Bank. They are independent.
