People like this will make things up to take your money. And they are very serious about it. It is their business.
Someone who has your best interests at heart won't charge you for advice.
Talk with friends and family and pray or meditate.

You can't find one to speak to you seriously, because they're all scam artists out to rob you. If you don't mind that, I suppose you could find one in the Yellow Pages.
