Ok first off, Don't use : GAS, GOOF OFF, HEAT GUN these will ruin the paint and finish.

The best thing to do is spray the stickers with "Goo Gone" (can be purchased at wal-mart, lowes, home depot, longs, etc) and use fishing line, about 6 inches to pull the sticker off the bumper by running it between the two. If it gets harder in some spots spray with Goo Gone again wait a few minutes and proceed. Once the sticker is off, use a towel and Goo Gone and wipe off remaining glue. I have done this to remove stickers and stock emblems from the dealership on cars.

Assuming the bumper is painted, use the two step approach.

1. Use a blow dryer to soften the adhesive and get as much off as you can. Use a soft plastic spatula to avoid damaging the paint.

2. Apply WD-40 to dissolve the remaining adhesive and clean the bumper.

Be sure to apply a good paste wax to the bumper after you get it clean.

In the future. apply the stickers to your window if you can. It's a lot easier to get glass clean.

WARNING!!
Never use gasoline, especially around any electrical appliance such as a blow dryer! Extreme fire hazard.

Soak the stickers with WD-40.Give it several coats and plenty of time to soak through all the layers. Then just scrape them off with something that won't scratch the bumper. You can use mild soapy water to take off any residue left from the WD-40.

A blow dryer and some goof-off. Do not use a razor blade or anything that'll scratch that beautiful paint underneath all of the stickers!

Easy off or some other kind of remover from a Home store.

Gas and a hairdryer could light up.

Spray on WD-40 and let it sit for about 5 min. Start scraping with a razor blade and it'll cut them off like a hot knife through butter.
