I normally don't care about celebrity gossip, but celebrity or not, this has gone on far too long. I think it's terrible.

I agree. It sickens me to think that her own mother is doing this. It shouldnt matter to her where.. Its so simple; she should be with her son.

It's just a stupid battle. It's pretty obvious that ANS wants to be buried in the Bahamas, next to her son. Her mother is just being an asss about it. I think it's her way to get back at her daughter for whatever happened that caused the strain between them. It's like she's giving the finger to her daughter by saying that just because ANS don't want to be buried in Texas, she's going to be buried in Texas.
This stupid tug-of-war is not going to end anytime soon. By the time it's over, ANS probably would probably have decomposed away. If her mom wins the appeal, and she gets custody of the body, then Stern is going to file an appeal, which means it goes back to the court. And if Stern wins the appeal, then the mother is going to file an appeal, etc. It's a vicious cycle. There's no winner, only losers, and that's exactly what they are, a bunch of losers. Maybe they can put ANS in suspended animation until the daughter turns 18, then she can decide where her mother should be buried.

I think they should let her be w/ Daniel & leave them alone. I heard her mom say that even thogh Anna cared so much about the way she looked, it's more important where's she's burried. Can you imagine what she must be thinking & saying wherever she is now?
