You can't. This idea is idiotic and you'll have to do it every time you cut your nails where the hole is. For a piercing to look good on a woman is only on the ears or belly button. anywhere else I wouldn't want to know or date that girl!!!!!!!

OH! This is a fun one,
FIRST off, if your nails are long and out of the way, where you WLL NOT hit any skin (the skin under the nail is Very tender and you do not want to puncture that... believe me it hurts.)
Once tyou have succeeded in having your nails long enough, simpley take a sewing needle and push it through the nail, i have found it easiest to place the tip of ur nail paraelle and on the table or desk, (do this for support and to even out the pressure, this is a rather important step otherwise you could break your nail and have to start all over again) then just push the needle in with a light yet firm and steady pressure, while moving the needle in a clockwise direction.(Or counter clockwise if you'd like it doesn't really matter)
Once you have gotten the hole in you nail you can make it bigger and drop a jewel into the hole.(Jewels are easily found at craft stores, for around $2, BUT BE SURE TO GET THE ONES WITH OUT THE FLAT BOTTOM, you need the traditional diamond cut shape) then add a clear coat over AND under it.

I actually used to do this when I was in Jr High in the early 90's. Anyway, what I did was take a needle (any sewing needle will work). Heat it with a lighter and just start rubbing it on your nail in one spot. Like, pick a spot, stick the needle on it and start spinning it and just keep going until it makes a perfect hole through it. Then I took a tiny hook from a necklace piece or whatever and I put a peace sign on mine. LOL. Like I said, it was the early 90's. Just be careful you don't break the nail.

I have no idea why you choose to do this, but the way to pierce your nails is to first grow them out about a quarter of half an inch from the tops of your firgers. Next, take a saftey pin and start grinding a small hole to fit the piercings in. Last of all, choose the earrings and do it.
However, doing so has a very high chance of splitting the nail(s) in half, causing much pain and torture for the person it happens to. So, be careful.

A paper clip is what the doctors use. Open it up, heat one end red hot over a gas flame and it will go right through the nail.

As another person said, hot needle. This is also how you would put a hole in your nail if you had smashed your finger and had a blood blister under it. It relieves the pressure.

I know if you have artifical nails all you have to do is heat up a needle with a lighter ( preferably a thick one) and carefully poke it threw. You should be able to buy the rings at any beauty supply outlet.. Be carefull not to burn yourself.
