i think in this day in age it lasted a good amount of time for a drama. i think the storyline just got worn out.

I wish I knew. It's been one of my favorite shows since it first aired.
At first I thought it would be okay that they were ending the show while it still had some sort of popularity left (even though I still don't understand why Mischa had to die, I mean it's not like she's moved on to another show or movies like Jessica Biel did when "she sort" of left 7th Heaven) but after the final episode, I wanted more!! I like how it ended and I wish I could still follow up on the lives of Newport's most famous fictional residents.
Oh well, I guess I'll have to settle for The Real Housewives of Orange County!

because compared to grey's anatomy, they cannot compare, i think the story of the O.C is overrated and too silly, im glad that its over
