when there is no longer a check for evil..
when the sky turns to blood and the tears of a child fall unheeded by the mother..
when they may no longer buy and sell, live or die without the "seeing ones" counting...
They will have to threaten with beheading, or murder wholesale every man, woman and child who has ever known or loved freedom for the world to accept this.

So...I would imagine in the next year or two "for the sake of all the kidnapped/lost children" they will begin a "voluntary program to "chip" your child. Mandatory in three or four.
