BRIGHT RED LIGHT on outside power line pole-does anyone know what it is or it's purpose?

I'm not in path of or near airport, have been here many years and haven't ever seen anything like it.

Well if it's on the top, it's to warn planes so they will not fly into it !

If it's near an airport, it's to warn aircraft of an obstruction.

Marker that serves as warning to pilots specially for low flying airplanes/helicopters.
