If you get it as recommended, which sometimes doesn't include sauces and the like. I guess it would also depend on who is making the sandwich. Some may put additional meat or sauce or something on it.

Just read the fine print. It says 6 grams of fat without cheese and condiments.

Recommendation:

Whenever ordering a sandwich anywhere, skip the mayo and opt for spinach instead of lettuce if they offer it. It's a bummer SF Bay Area Subways no longer offer spinach.

I believe they are. they advertise it as being only 6 grams but if you pay close attention to the small print at the nottom of the screen in the commercials, it says "without the extras like lettuce, dressings, onions, etc." So if you take whats left it may possibly be!

I don't believe that...I think its just a ploy to sell more but I do believe it is much healthier than eating stuff like Mc Ds, Burger King, Wendy's, etc

i am not sure, i mean, i doubt that the commercial wouldn't lie, though they're not always truthful.

i was at subway erlier, and i asked if it did (essay) and they said yes.
so, probably.
