I don't know about brand wise, but Belgium has some really great chocolate.

For baking or eating. What percentage of chocolate? So, no holds on the price?

Baking: I prefer Ghirardelli or Hersheys baking bars

Eating: I prefer any Belgiun or French Chocolate of High quality

Keep in mind the expense, store as indicated, and away from hands that are not to be in the private stash....lol

Being a chocoholic myself, it's a VERY hard decision to make....
i'd say it would be "Galaxy" (from england) as i absolutely adore their chocolates and cadbury isn't bad too!
