I know some friends who want to budget...there is NO WAY they will give up their high sppeed internet connection.
They said email and internet is a necessity.
I totally agree. The world is almost completely dependent on computers.
So..financial experts...would you group internet connection fees in the same category as telephone/heat/light bills?

I've lived with it and without it. It is certainly a nice thing to have, but if I had to choose between the Internet and say electricity, the net would go bye bye. Sometimes we have to make hard choices. I know for certain that I would rather have no Internet service at all than have dial up!

No I don't put the internet in the same catagory with telephone, heat and light. I can function withouth the internet.

It is defiantly an "extra" that I would have a hard time doing without, but I could do without it. My necessary utilities are something that I "couldn't" live without.
