Get a 4 wheel alignment, it should help.
Also, how many miles are on the tires. At some point, the age of the times is going to cause funny things to happen. Consider a replacement set if the tires are more than 3 years old or if you have custom wheels.

Could be a number of things, but here are a few of the basics. Worn rear shocks and rear sway bar. Check your tyre pressure in the rear - it could be too low. Then get an alignment. If this doesn't fix it, you're probably in for some serious work.

if the car fishtails when you hit a bump in the road and is even worse in the rain then you need a rear camber kit and then a 4 wheel alignment.i have a 96 accord and when i bought it thats what it was doing.

It could be low pressure in a tire or worn stabilizer links or worn suspension bushings.Do not leave this problem unattended .It will only get worse and could prove fatal.Have it checked out asap.

driving speed can affect this ,and also bad shocks can cause it and the car being out of alignment will do it ,low air pressure will make it wiggle like that also, any of these things can be causing it,all you can do is start narrowing it down a little by checking all this stuff, good luck i hope this helps.

It could be as simple as improper inflation of the tires. Check that first.
