Ok, explain to me why a very beautiful (I mean a really gasping head turner), highly intelligent, multilingual, intruiging, socially smart, and socially/intellectually/spirit... aware women CANNOT find a man, is rarely approached, can't keep a man....PLEASE explain this to me!

For short term the man will have low self esteem in presence of this kind of woman...and he will be afraid of approaching, even if he is very attracted to her so the man that will aproach must be one with a lot of experience and high self esteem and power in society in general. For long term there is a quality that surpasses all of those at a woman in an instinctual view by a man, that is raising children.

Well, such a woman is more like the Easter bunny, Santa Claus and the tooth fairy.
I have never met a woman that was both drop-dead gorgeous and extremely intelligent although I've met many that were one or the other or a mixture of beautiful and intelligent, just not to extremes of both. Those who are extremely beautiful are usually air-heads in my experience while those with a more plain appearance are generally more intelligent. In my opinion, pretty women use their appearance to obtain what other women must work to get.
But I could be wrong.

INNER beauty is what attracts men looking for a long term (especially lifelong) relationship. Everyone knows that good (even great) looks don't last forever.
But, qualities such kindness, generosity, modesty, and genuine concern for others are very attractive if a man is looking for a long term, happy relationship such as a wife and mother of his children.
A man can be made miserable with a woman that is only smart and beautiful externally IF she does not also possess INNER beauty.
Promoting these more important qualities will make you attractive as a girlfriend and potential wife and mother.

Because the more beautiful the woman, the bigger the ego usually, which they become so picky in the men they want that they ward off most men on sight, and dump the men their with once their tired and move on to the next easy target. Then complain there's no good men. And because of her ego and intimidating appearance, good men don't approach her.

You think it is about looks -- that would be how to find boys. A MAN is looking a little deeper then that - of which you are not.
Did you ever think that a MAN (someone that takes responsibility) may be looking for the mother of his children and someone that treats him nice. Nothing wrong with being smart and beautiful but you need to get over yourself if you are looking for a MAN.

Most men will already assume, that such a beautiful girl is already taken....or, simply ...many men may feel that such a beautiful girl would be outside of their league, if they are not as equally handsome, rich, etc......therefore, many such beautiful women are not approached by men at all !! For, example...the prettiest girl in my high school did not get asked to our senior prom..simply because men assumed she was already going and had a date....and others were intimidated by her beauty to ask her out !!

A man has to be your equal or feel superior to you in order to even approach you. Most men prefer helpless , good looking ,indiscriminating,unopinionated women. Only a very confident man will even think of approaching you. They are protecting their ego's which is v fragile.

Uhhhh...looks to me like she is happy with the status quo? If it ain't broke, then there is no need to fix it. If she is how you describe her then I can only surmise that she has made a well thought out, carefully considered conscious CHOICE to remain single.
