Could anyone tell me what demonoid.com is all about?

I mean if anybody could explain me in details how it works?

Peer-to-Peer File Sharing. You share some files on your PC. Likewise others else shares their files. You can serah for a particular file and find a match on with of the registred users .If it is available you can start downloading it. Similarly others are permitted to get files which are shared by you.

demonoid is a torrents downloads site but its closed now if u want another good torrents site
