I want to start a vineyard contracting/consulting business. I am not sure how to go about it. How will i know if my service will be required within a particular region?

Seriously what do you have to offer that the winery could not do for themselves. A lot of wineries are pretty small operations, so they probably do not have a lot of extra money to pay more than a few employees.
