is there ne way to stop that feeling you get when ur riding a rollercoaster?

im scared of rollercoasters but this coming weekend i have to go with mai friends and i cant tell them im afraid because they will think im a total wuss! the only ting im scared abt is that feeling when u go down really fast...like i like that rush sometimes but thats only wen i went on a smaller coaster but im not sure if ill like totally hate going on a really big roller coaster...so i dnt noe..what to do..i really want to try it..but roller coasters are really long like they end in like 5 minutes which is a long time to experience that rsuh!!! i dnt noe if ill like it!! HELP ME!!!

I Was Afraid of roller coaster's too but my friend gave me this advice and i hope it works for you: Relax, Take deep breathes releasing air slowly and close your eyes by time you open them to look around the ride will be almost over. Then your friends will have no reason to call you a wuss! I Hope it works!!

My advice is start small. Dont hit the biggest baddest coaster first. I used to live near Six Flags Magic Mountain and rode coasters ALOT! I still worked my way up to the big ones though.... Try one that doesnt loop first (Colossus, Ninja), then one that has just one loop or a corkscrew (Revolution), then like the super fast one (Superman), then go for the glory (Viper, Tatsu)!!!

well usually with these type of things the nervousness makes you have the feeling. if you think its gonna be bad then it will be.if you just relax and have a good time you might not notice it or it wont be as bad

i don't think they'll think your a wuss but you can always say your stomach is upset from something you ate.... witch wouldn't be a lie because it maybe queasy from fright already...
