Two people start at the same place and walk around a circular lake in opposite directions. One has an angular speed of 1.20 10-3 rad/s, while the other has an angular speed of 4.00 10-3 rad/s. How long will it be before they meet?

Their total speed is 5.2*10^(-3) Rad/s and they will meet when their total angular displacement is 2π Rad, so
2π/5.2*10^(-3) = 1208.3 s. or about 20.138 minutes.
