I understand that they are still trying to get jurisdiction switched from the Bahamas to California. At that point, they will "explore" the need for extracting a DNA sample from the baby. It is my understanding that this sample is the only one missing from the equation; all other parties have submitted theirs. Since the baby was born in the Bahamas, and is currently there, there has to be some legal negotiations to have this case referred back to the U.S. court system. You can bet that whatever decision is made, it will be immediately challenged. In other words, every sad aspect of this case is going to be milked for all it's worth, with NOBODY at all, including the legal system, concerned for this child's best interest.
You were optimistic, but unrealistic to think they drew any conclusion today, no less in the near future.
Maybe there will be better news before the week is out.
I hope so for this child's sake.
I was never a ANS fan, but for God's sake- I think people forgot that somebody died-
that alone calls for some degree of respect.

Right now, Howard K Stern is the presumed father, assuming rights as the father with a guardian ad litem to make sure the baby's rights are protected without bias. We will not know until we get a DNA, unless Howard's smart enough to dodge it in the Bahamas. Personally though...that's no Jewish baby.

I suspect it's Larry Birkhead but I haven't heard anything official yet. I've been watching TV all day and I'm sure if they found out it would be all over. They'll drag this on. They haven't even buried Anna yet. I don't know why her mother doesn't just let this go and let her be buried next to her son.

i don't know really i thinks it stern or I'm sry to say it but her son's(they had a very weird relationship with each other it wasn't a normal mother son). i would really like to know too! i really don't think no one knows but the lawyers and her ppl. but until we know we can only guess
