Sanborn and plat maps desperate need of help here?

I need some good old/historic sanborn and plat maps of the burlington+rochester wisconsin area i have checked all the local librarys and historical societys for some but turned up with nothing i have also searched hour upon hour for some on the net but turned up nothing there either i really need these for a project im working on can someone plz help out with a good link or sumthing good like that any help is extremely appreciated
