I am trying to find an old B-movie called Shock 'em Dead. Where can I find it wihtout downloading it?

Check with your local video stores. If they have a copy, they will probably be glad to sell it to you cheap. They can also check with their distributors to see if there is any in stock at the warehouse.
Worse comes to worst, try Suncoast Videos at the mall; but expect to pay an arm and a leg for it.
