It's Rie Sinclair's, "Where you are" and is not available to the public. I've listed her personal site below, it is not currently on there though but you can keep checking and see if she adds it. She also sings JaSam's song.

I TiVo GH daily and I've listened to that song over and over and can't seem to pick up on anything that makes it stand out to give you an answer. First I thought it might be "The Burning Violet" but I not 100% sure of that one then I thought it might be Bryan Adams (lyrics below) but the song is clearly sung by a woman so that's where I'm stumped. What I might suggest is that you go to abc.com and ask "The Burning Question". They have questions all the time on that site about certain shows and they would be the one to assist you. I'm just not 100% of either of my answers but I wanted to let you know what I found.
