" This is my traslation, I am not satisfied with it but just don't know how to make it better, please help me! Thanks!

I would add "the" in front of "National Bureau" and in front of the rest of the items in the list (the State Planning Committee, the Chinese Academy) except for Renmin University and Beijing Economic University, which are already using proper names and don't need "the" in front of them. I think you need to make sure "input-output" and "Input-Output" is spelled the same way in both places you have it. I would capitalize "Output" along with "Input" in the title after the colon, because they are like equal parts of the table. I think I would also write the last part after your colon as follows:
The 1973 Edition of Physical Input-Output Tables Under Leadership of the NBS and SP in 1974.
I assume that is the title of the table they put together.
