u can use
metaphor
simile
alliteration
personificcation

consonce

can you find any of those in the poem?

a kite is a victim you are sure of
you love it beacise it pulls
gentle enought to call you master
strong engouh to call you fool
because it lives
like a desperate trained falcon
in the high sweet air
and you always haul it down
to tame it in your drawer

metaphor: kite is a victim
simile: comparing kite to desperate trained falcon using word "like"
Assonance: "always" "haul" "drawer" the "ah" sound
Personification: saying the kite is like a servant "to call you master" or someone who will "call you fool" even though obviously a kite can't really talk.
Consonance: the "z" sound of s on the end of "because," "pulls" and later on "because" and "lives"

a kite is a victim = metaphor
it pulls gentle enough = personification
It lives like a trained falcon = simile
strong enough to call you fool = assonance
always haul it... = consonance (L sound) / assonance (aw as is always and haul)

by the way, it is not oxymore. it is oxymoron.
