Having trouble using my universal drive adapter to connect Hard Drive?

Question

The Drive does not show up on My Computer...it only comes up as a USB Mass Storage Device. In the bottom right task bar.

Please Help me get this to work somebody...My internal drive is running low on space....

Newertech usb 2.0 universal drive adapter.

You could try reconnecting it to a different port, or sometimes restarting can do the trick.

try to go to manage drive by right clic in my computer icon, disk management and try to give him a new letter like K and restart your computer.
